LTC Partnership Training

    The Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 paved the way for LTC Partnership programs. Effective September 1, 2008 the state of Ohio mandated the completion of a LTC Partnership Training course prior to writing a Long-Term Care policy.


    Producers selling LTC insurance in the state of Ohio must complete an initial 8 hour training program. An additional 4 hour course must be completed every 24 months afterwards.
